Visiting our church

Are you new to the area, or want to start attending church? Sometimes it can be overwhelming to attend church because you do not know what to expect.

At our church, we try to make everyone feel welcome. We are a smaller church, with around 75 to 100 people attending a service on Sunday Mornings. A typical Sunday Morning begins with Sunday School at 10 Am in a smaller class-like atmosphere.

At 11 AM, the main worship service begins. The worship service will usually begin with several songs with the goal of praising God through our collective singing. During the song praise time, we use both a tradtional hymn book and a chorus book with more modern choruses.

This is usually followed by an offering time, during which offering plates are passed through the audience. This is NOT a time where we expect visitors to give money, but is intended for the church members whom are given the opportunity to give their tithes and offerings to God.

Most Sundays there will be a time of special music, where a church member will sing a special song or play a song using an instrument. The goal is to prepare the hearts of the people for the sermon time to follow.

Out Pastor finishes the worship service with a sermon. The sermons may be on a variety of topics, but are always founded in the Word of God.
